We service all makes and models of Stoves or Ovens. Is your oven cooking too hot or not at all it could be many things depending on if it’s gas or electric or wood, but not many people are cooking with wood, I know there are some. Stoves or Ovens need to be repaired sometimes.
One component that is common in all the newer ones is the computer control. Computer controls could be called a timer or a clock because it does much more than that. Because It usually controls the bake or broils function and regulates the temp. It also lets you select the different options your unit has, whether it is the self-clean or the Sabbath mode (A mode for cooking really low over days at a time) Consult your manual it will instruct you on how to use the options that came with your unit.
Ovens can have an igniter or spark ignition or an open flame pilot type. Stove tops will either have a spark or an open flame pilot. These are common problems with the unit not functioning as it should. If your oven is not working it could be the electronic control is not telling the ignition system to turn on, or it could be the ignition system has failed and has damaged the electronic control. There is a lot that goes on in the newer oven/stoves. Be careful if you are attempting a repair yourself. The electric circuits are easy to short out. Gas appliance repair should only be done by a trained professional.
One of the reasons for needing repair is letting your stove get too dirty. This can keep your unit from getting the right signal or letting the gas go to where it is supposed to. Therefore Keeping it clean will allow it to work right and your food will taste better.
