The Quality Story 

    Quality Appliance Service Inc. started in Saint Charles Mo in 1961 with Ed and Virginia Wisendanger from their 3 bay garage off of Lindenwood Ave. Ed worked at Sears for many years before venturing out on his own. He saw St Charles to be a good market for appliance repair and hung out the first Quality Appliance sign.The phone began ringing so much that Ed couldn't answer all the calls so Virginia took over the office, soon they were hiring more qualified techs and office personnel. Ed also ran the Quality Parts store on First Capitol until his retirement. Mike Solomon worked for Quality Appliance Inc. for many years as a tech before purchasing the business from Ed and Virginia Wisendanger in 1994. The Wisendanger's began there retirement shortly after. Quality moved into O'Fallon in 1995 on the north end and then relocated to the south side in 2001. Tina manages the office and Mike runs the service dept. In home service is ran Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00. The office is open 8:00 to 6:00 Monday through Friday and 8:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays.
