Adaptive Defrost Control Kenmore /Whirlpool Refrigerator.

Problem: Adaptive Defrost Control Resistors are burning.

Service: Checked all components for ground. Checked OK. Found energy saver module on the receptacle. Removed Checked ok. Energy saver module can lower the voltage going to the unit and cause the resistors to run hot.
