Quality Service Agreement

Would you like to have your Air-Conditioner and Furnace running at peak performance every time they are used? We thought so, that's why we started offering what we call a QSA (Quality Service Agreement). Twice a year an appointment is made and we will arrive at your home to clean and adjust your Air-Conditioner and Furnace. This will enable your equipment to run as it was designed to, efficient and clean. We simply call and schedule a time for service and then we take care of everything from there. We also can check your humidifier at the same time. We can adjust it for the winter season or shut it down for the summer season. Let us check to make sure you're getting the efficiency out of your units that you paid for. We want to save you money and extend the life of your heating & cooling system!

Quality Service agreements are great for the elderly too. We call to remind them it's time for service. Do you know if your parents are spending to much money on fuel and electricity? A furnace or air-conditioner unit that is dirty or out of adjustment can increase your monthly utility bill. Having a skilled tech look over the unit twice a year could pay for itself with just the fuel savings alone. A technician can spot a problem before it occurs and may even prevent the unit from shutting down on the coldest or the hottest day of the year. Preventive maintenance can keep us safe from electrical and/or gas problems. We also check for CARBON MONOXIDE, the invisible killer.
